Land investing is the process of purchasing land at a discount and reselling it for profit.

Land investing is far less competitive than many other real estate investing strategies. Additionally, the barrier to entry is far less as the capital requirements to purchase land is lower than many other real estate asset classes. With land, there are also many different exit strategies, including: wholesaling, double closing, buy and sell, seller financing, and many more.

Without factoring the cost of land or any employees, your software costs will be approximately $300-$500/month and marketing expenses will be anywhere between $100-$10,000/month, depending on what your goals are. 

From the initial marketing campaign to selling your first deal can take anywhere from 1 month - 1 year, this will depend on the proven strategy that we implement in your business, which will be based on your individual goals. 

I will be directly coaching you and helping you 1x1 start and run your business. If you’re a self-starter, join our Skool community and take the video course we have in there. The free video course we have is similar to what many programs will charge anywhere from $1,000-$10,000 for. I believe in giving away information for free and charging for implementation.

If you follow the system, you will get land deals. It will take time to have deals go full cycle because this is not a get rich quick scheme. I will continue to coach you 1x1 until you get your first land deal if you have followed all steps within our agreed upon plan, but all coaching sales are final.

Yes! Whether it’s your spouse, friend, or business partner, you can have up to 3 people as a part of your mentorship program. That does not result in additional calls, but all of you are able to attend each of the 1x1 coaching sessions.
